Tibet was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

I only made it to Beijing in China.

Then homeward bound to Philippines and a side trip to Singapore.

okay, so in terms of visa, i dont understand why such strict rules.

Target is to apply for a visa once I arrive in London.

Tibet is another challenge. I had to reorganize my itinerary and enter / exit via China. It seems that the political situation is getting worse. my initial plan was to enter Tibet via Nepal. However, border crossing will be a pain. I've learned that they would usually cancel your china visa and provide you a Tibet Permit. I'd say too risky. So better enter the country the right way.

of course, as we all know, in 2013, the chinese government suspended Tibet Permits since Feb or March.
I'm hoping to explore by mid September.
